Work in Progress - Inside the Balé da Cidade de São Paulo presents a journey into the world of one of the most respected ballet companies in the world. It highlights the joys and anxieties of an intense relationship and the daily demands that reach the physical and psychological limits of the dancers. The series follows the creation of an original choreography, from the arrival of a renowned Spanish choreographer, through the casting auditions and the entire collective creative process led with precision by the choreographer, to the premiere in a beautiful theater. Other recordings of daily life and interviews with the dancers with their reflections on their careers give breath and tone to the series.

Simone Camargo is the soloist in the opening and closing videos of the series, as well as in the vignette of one of the episodes.
